Keto Cheesecake recipe for Dessert 



✅ INGREDIENTS for the Keto Cheesecake Filling 

  • 2 Large Eggs at Room Temperature 
  • 3/4 Cup of Powdered Sweetener 
  • 1/3 Cup of Sour Cream 
  • 2 Teaspoons of Pure Vanilla extract 
  • 16 Oz Cream Cheese 
  • 1/2 Table spoon of Lemon juice 

✅ For the Crust 

  • 2 Table spoons of Powdered Sweetener 
  • 1 Cup of Almond Flour 
  • 2 Table spoons of Grass Fed Butter - Melted 
✅ For Garnish - Keto Whipped cream 


Preheat the Oven to 350 Degree F
Adjusting Rack to the Middle. 

Grease a 7 Inch Spring form Pan - Placing a Circle of Parchment i  Bottom of Pan.
Keep Aside. 

In a Medium Bowl - Combine Melted Butter , Almond Flour and Sweetener - Mix it Well. 
Transfer Mixture to Prepared Pan and Press into an Even Layer Using Your Fingers. 

Bake it For 10 or 12 Minutes Until Lightly Golden. 
Cool it For 10 Minutes. 

Beat Powdered Sweetener and Cream Cheese Together At Low to Medium Speed Until Fluffy. 
Add Eggs - One at a Time. Beating Well Between Each.

Next 
Beat in Sour cream ,Vanilla extract and Lemon juice Until Smooth. 
Pour into the Prepared Springform pan and Smooth the Top. 

Bake it for 40 or 45 Minutes. 
Until Cheese cake is Mostly Set But Still Jiggles Just a Little in the Center When Shaken. 
Turn off Oven and Crack Door - Allowing Cheese cake to Cool For 20 Minutes. 

Remove From the Oven and Run a SharpKnife Between Cheese cake and Pan to Release it From Sides. Let Sit on the Counter For 1 Hour - Then Cover Loosely with Plastic Wrap and Refrigerate for Overnight or At least 4 Hours. 

Serve it with Keto Whipped cream. 🤗😋
