Air Fryer Chicken breast Recipe

Air Fryer chicken breast 




💙 INGREDIENTS 

➡️ 2 } 7 Ounces - Boneless skinless chicken breasts 
➡️ 1/8 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black pepper 
➡️ 1/4 Teaspoon of Garlic powder 
➡️ 1/2 Teaspoon of Kosher salt 
➡️ 2 Teaspoons of Extra virgin Olive oil 
➡️ 1/2 Teaspoon of Paprika 
➡️ 1/4 Teaspoon of Dried Thyme , Oregano

💙 In a Small bowl - Mix all the Spices Together. 
Garlic powder , Pepper , Salt , Oregano , Paprika and thyme. 
Stir Together the Spices. 

Lightly Pound the Chickento Flatten and Reduce the Large Bump on one End.
Drizzle the Oil Over the Chicken and Make sure the Chicken is Well coated. 

Sprinkle the Seasoning Blend on Both Sides of the Chicken and Rub it in to the Chicken with your Hands.

Add the Chicken to the Air Fryer and Cook Smooth side Down for 7 Minutes at 375°F  }  190°C. 
Flip the Chicken Over and Cook an Additional 3 Minutes or Until the Internal Temperature reaches 160°F } 71°C.

Remove it to a Plate and Let it Rest for a Couple of Minutes. 
The Carry over Cooking will increase the Internal Temperature by Several More Degrees While it Rests.
