Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe
Chocolate lava cake in Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup of 1 1/4 Oz / 35g All Purpose Flour
- 2 Table spoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 Large Egg - Room temperature
- 1/8 Tea spoon of Baking Soda
- 1/4 Tea spoon of Espresso Powder
- 1/4 Tea spoon of Vanilla Extract
- 3 Table spoons 1 1/2 Oz / 42g Butter
- 1/4 Cup of 2 Oz / 57g Granulated Sugar
- 3 Table spoons of Whole Milk
- 2 Table spoons of Hot water
- 1/3 Cup of 2 Oz / 57g Bittersweet Chocolate - Finely chopped
- 1/8 Tea spoon of Salt
🍰 Add - Butter to a Medium Soup Bowl - 12 fl Oz / 1 1/2 Cups Capacity.
Microwave it for 20 Seconds - Until Melted.
Stir in the Milk , Vanilla extract and Egg. Whisk in the Cocoa Powder , Sugar , Baking soda , Flour , Salt , Espresso Powder and Flour Until Lump Free.
Sprinkle the Chopped Chocolate on Top of the Chocolate Mixture Batter.
Then Drizzle the Hot Water on top - Don't Stir in.
Microwave on High for 1 Minutes 30 Seconds.
Then Check for Doneness.
Continue if Needed at 10 Seconds intervals - Until the Cake is Set and There is No Wet Batter.
Take Care not to Over cook or it will not Have a Gooey Center - Timing Based on My Microwave , Which is 1200 WATTS.
🍰 Garnish the Top it with Whipped Cream or Vanilla ice cream.
