Easy Chicken Tenders Recipe

Baked Chicken Tenders 

INGREDIENTS 


  1. 4 Skinless - Boneless Chicken tenders ( Cut it 1/2 inch Strips Length wise
  2. 1 Tea spoon Onion powder 
  3. 1 Tea spoon Kosher salt 
  4. 1 Large Egg - Beaten
  5. 2 Tea spoons Garlic powder 
  6. Cooking spray 
  7. 1 Tea spoon Ground Black pepper 
  8. 1 Tea spoon Ground paprika 
  9. 1 1/4 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs 

Mix All ingredients. 

Preheat the Oven to 450 Degrees F ( 230 Degrees C ).

Line - Baking Sheet with Aluminium Foil and Spray it - Cooking spray. 

place Egg in Shallow Dish - Place Onion powder , Pepper , Salt  , Garlic powder , Panko and Paprika in to Large Zip Top Freezer Bag and Mix it Well.

Dip - 2 Chicken strips in to Egg.
Then Place in to Panko Mixture and Shake it to coat.
Place coated Chicken Pieces in to - prepared Baking Sheet and Repeat the Remaining Chicken. 

Spray Each Chicken Tender - Cooking spray twice. 

Bake the Tenders - Pre Heated Oven for 6 Minutes. 
Flip and Continue to Bake on Opposite Side Until No Longer Pink in the Centers.
About 6 Minutes More. 
Remove from the Oven.

Set a Oven Rack about 6 Inches from the Heat Source and Pre heat the Ovens Broiler.
Broil Tenders in the Pre Heated Oven for Extra Crunch About 1 or 2 Minutes More...
