Mango Smoothie recipe
INGREDIENTS
๐ 1/2 Cup of Milk
๐ 2 Cups of Mango Frozen - Can be Used Fresh Also
๐ 1 Cup of Vanilla yogurt
๐ 2 Teaspoons of Ground Flax
Blend Everything Together - MANGO , Yogurt , Flax and Milk.
Blend Until Smooth.
Serve it ๐
