Keto Avocado Brownies

Keto Avocado Brownies - Low carb 




Ingredients 

  • 2 Ripe Avocados 
  • 2 Eggs 
  • 3 Oz Almond flour 
  • 4 Table spoons of Cocoa Powder 
  • 3 Table spoons of Coconut oil 
  • 3.5 Oz Dark Chocolate Baking Chips - Melted 
  • 1 Tea spoon of Baking powder 
  • 1/4 Cup of Monk Fruit 

🎈 Preheat the Oven to 350°F. 
Peel Avocados and Remove the Pit - Then Place inti a Medium or Large Bowl. 

Mash up the Avocados Until They're Similar Texture to Mashed Potatoes. Add the Rest of the Ingredients to the Bowl Until Mixed Well.

Add the Rest of the Ingredients to the Bowl Until Mixed well. COVER a 30Cm × 20Cm Baking Dish with Parchment Paper. 
Pour ingredients from the Bowl into the Baking Dish. Keep in the Oven and Bake it for 30 Minutes. 


Remove from the Oven and Insert a Toothpick in the Center of the Brownies. 
If the Toothpick Comes out Clean - the Brownies are Ready.

 If not Keep it Back in the Oven for Few Minutes and Monitor Progress. 

Garnish it with Keto whipped cream. 

Serve it 😋😋
