Keto Chocolate mousse

Keto Chocolate Mousse recipe [ Sugar Free ] 


You need 4 Ingredients to Make it. 

⏩ 4 Table spoons 60ml Coconut cream 
⏩ 6 Oz 170g - 100% Dark Chocolate 
⏩ 1/4 Cup Erythritol or To Taste 
⏩ 3 Eggs 

Separate - Egg Yolks from Egg whites.

Melt the Chocolate in a Double boiler. 
Let Cool and Stir the Erythritol , Egg Yolks and Coconut cream in to the Mixture. 

Whisk the Egg whites Until Peaks form.

Carefully Fold the Chocolate Mixture in to the Egg whites using a Spoon.
