Keto chocolate pudding

Keto Chocolate Pudding recipe 




Ingredients 

  • 2 Egg Yolks 
  • 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk 
  • 1 Cup of Heavy Cream 
  • 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla extract 
  • 1 Table spoon of Granulated Erythritol - Optional 
  • 2 Teaspoons Gelatine powder 
  • 1/4 Tea spoon of Salt 
  • 10 or 15 Drops Stevia Liquid 
  • 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - Sifted 

⭐ whisk Together - Gelatine powder and Heavy Cream in a Small Mixing bowl. 
Keep Aside 

In a Pot Over Medium heat - Add the Remaining Ingredients and Mix it Well. 

Allow to Cook it for About 5 Minutes. 
Until the Mixture is Smooth and Creamy. 
Then Remove From Heat. 

Add - Cream and Gelatine to the Pot.
Mix the Ingredients Until Well Combined and No Lumps Remain.
Allow to Cool For 10 or 15 Minutes. 

Pour the Mixture into Serving Cups - Cover with Plastic Wrap and Keep it in Fridge for 4 or 6 Hours. 

Serve it with Whipped Cream 😍
