Keto Cream Cheese Cookie Recipe - Low carb
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Cups of Almond flour
- 1 Large Egg - In Room Temperature
- 1/4 Tea spoon of Sea salt
- 1/4 Cup of Unsalted Butter - Softened
- 1 Tea spoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1 Table spoon of Sour cream
- 2 Oz Cream Cheese - Softened
- 1/3 Cup of Besti monk fruit Allulose Blend
➡️ Preheat - Oven to 350 Degree F - 177 Degrees C.
Line a Large Cookie Sheet with Parchment paper.
Use a Stand Mixer or Hand Mixer to Beat Together the Cream Cheese , Sweetener ( Besti monk fruit Allulose Blend ) and Butter.
Until it's Fluffy and light in Colour.
Add Vanilla extract , Egg, Salt and Sour cream Beat it.
Add Almond flour - 64g at a Time and beat it.
The Dough will be soft. If it Sticks to your Hands , When you Touch it - Refrigerate it for 30 Minutes.
➡️ Use a Medium Cookie Scoop About 1 1/2 Table spoon - 22 ml Volume to Scoop Balls of the Dough on to the Prepared Cookie Sheet.
Flatten with Your palm.
Bake for About 12 or 15 Minutes - Until the Edges are Lightly Golden.
Allow to Cool Completely in the Pan Before Handling - Cookies will Firm up as They Cool But are Intended to be Soft.
