Keto Lemon mug cake
🍧 Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 25g } 1/4 Cup of Coconut flour
- 1 Table spoon of Ground Almonds
- 20g Butter - Melted and Cooled
- 1/2 Tea spoon of Baking powder
- 2 Teaspoons of Xylitol
- 1 Table spoon of Fresh Lemon juice
- 2 Table spoon of Almond Milk
- Whipped Cream to serve - Optional
🍧 In a Small Mixing bowl - Whisk Together Egg , Lemon Rind and Butter - Until Combined.
Add the Milk , Almond, Flour , Juice , Baking powder and Xylitol.
Stir to combine.
Transfer Mixture to a 250ml - 1 Cup - Heat proof Mug or Cup and Smooth the Surface.
Microwave on High for 2 Minutes.
Keep Aside for 30 Seconds.
Serve it with Whipped Cream 💛
