INGREDIENTS - You need to make it.

🔹️ 1 Tea spoon of Creamy Peanut butter 
🔹️ 1 Small Banana 
🔹️ 1/2 Cup of Milk 


⏭️ In a Blender 

Combine Milk , Peanut butter , Banana and ICE cubes. 
Blend it Until - Mixture is Smooth and Frothy.
