Carrot Soup

Carrot Soup for Dinner 

🥕 Ingredients 


  • 2 Pounds Carrots - Peeled and Chopped 
  • 1 Table spoon of Olive Oil 
  • 1  1/2 Tea spoons of Fresh Ginger Minced 
  • 1 Small Onion - Diced 
  • 2 Tea spoons of Fresh Garlic - Minced 
  • 1 Rib Celery Sliced 
  • 1/3 Cup of Heavy Cream 
  • 1  1/2 Teaspoons Salt 
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper 
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Paprika 
  • 3 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth 



Heat Oil Over Medium High Heat - In a Large Soup Pot.

Then add Carrots , Celery and Onion - Cook Until the Onion is Lightly Browned. 
Stir in Salt , Ginger , Pepper , Garlic and Paprika - Cook For 1 Minute.

Pour in the Chicken Broth and Bring it to a Simmer. 
Reduce the Heat to Medium and Cover it.
Simmer For 15 or 20 Minutes or Until Carrots are Tender. 

Use An immersion Blender to Puree the Soup Until Smooth. 

Stir in the Heavy Cream and Cook Just Until Heated Through.
