Chicken Macaroni recipe
Chicken macaroni with Cheese
INGREDIENTS
- 1 to 2 Cups Shredded Cooked Chicken
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Frank's Hot Sauce
- 2 Teaspoons of Cornstarch
- 6 Ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Roughly Grated
- 1 } 12 Ounce - Can Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 Pound Elbow Macaroni
- 1/2 Cup of Sliced Scallion Greens
↪️ In a Medium Bowl - Combine Milk , Cornstarch , Eggs and Evaporated and Whisk it Until Homogenous.
Then Keep it Aside.
Cook Pasta in a Large Stock Pot in Salted Water - According to the Package Directions.
Drain - Reserving 1 Cup Pasta Cooking Water.
Return to Stock Pot and Add Cooking Water - Evaporated Milk Mixture , Hot Sauce and Cheeses.
Cook it Over Low Heat - Stirring Constantly - Until Cheese is Melted and Sauce is Creamy and Smooth.
Stir in Chicken and Scallions.
Transfer to Serving Bowl , Garnish Top with Scallions and Serve it.
