Start your Day with a Healthy Cinnamon smoothie - Low carb 




⏺ Ingredients 

▶️ 1 Tea spoon of Cinnamon 
▶️ 1 Cup of Unsweetened Coconut Milk 
▶️ 2 Table spoon of Chia Seeds 
▶️ 1Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk 
▶️ 1 Cup of Ice Cubes 
▶️ 2 Table spoons of Coconut Oil 


Add All the Ingredients to a Blender. 

Blend it Until Smooth. 
Pour into a Glass...
