- 1 Banana - Frozen and Sliced
- 1/4 Cup of Rolled Oats 25g
- 1 Table spoon of Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup of Strong Brewed Coffee 120ml - Cool it in the Fridge
Add All the Ingredients to a Blender - Blend it Until Creamy and Smooth.
