Keto Avocado Smoothie 




INGREDIENTS 
  • 1/2 Frozen Avocado 
  • 1 Table spoon Chia Seeds - Soaked in 3 Table spoons of Water for 10 Minutes 
  • 1 to 1  1/4 Cups Full Fat Coconut Milk 
  • 1 Table spoon Almond Butter 
  • 1 Table spoon of Coconut Oil 
  • Ice Cubes 
  • 2 Teaspoons of Cocoa Powder 

⏹ Add All the Ingredients to a High Powered Blender - Blend it Until Well Combined. 

If Needed - Add 1/4 Cup of Water.

Pour into a Glass and Garnish Top with Keto Whipped cream.
