Keto Avocado Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Frozen Avocado
- 1 Table spoon Chia Seeds - Soaked in 3 Table spoons of Water for 10 Minutes
- 1 to 1 1/4 Cups Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 1 Table spoon Almond Butter
- 1 Table spoon of Coconut Oil
- Ice Cubes
- 2 Teaspoons of Cocoa Powder
⏹ Add All the Ingredients to a High Powered Blender - Blend it Until Well Combined.
If Needed - Add 1/4 Cup of Water.
Pour into a Glass and Garnish Top with Keto Whipped cream.
