Keto chocolate chaffle

Keto Chocolate chaffle recipe 



INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/4 Cup of Shredded mozzarella 
  • 2 Table spoons of Almond flour 
  • 1 Large Egg 
  • 1  1/2 Table spoon Erythritol 
  • 2 Table spoons of  Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 
  • 1 Table spoon of Butter - Melted 

✅ Heat Up a Waffle iron and Brush with Some Melted Butter. 

Whisk Melted Butter and the Egg in a Bowl -  add Almond Flour , Erythritol and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder. 

Whisk it Well to Combine and Until it is Smooth in Consistency. 

Then Add Mozzarella cheese and Stir Well to Coat. 
Evenly add the Batter into the Preheat Waffle Maker - Close and follow the Waffle Maker instructions. 

Cook Waffles Until You Finish up all the Batter. 

Serve it with whipped cream or Melted chocolate or with Strawberries - As your wish.
