Keto Chocolate Pudding - Dessert recipe

Keto Chocolate Pudding - Sugar Free and Low carb 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream 
  • 4 Cups Coconut Milk 
  • 2 Cups Chocolate - Chopped 
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder 
  • 1/3 Cup Cornstarch 
  • 3/4 Cup Granulated Sweetener 



▶️ Take a 8×4 Inch Loaf Pan and Grease it.
Then Cover it with a Parchment Paper and Keep it Aside.

Add All the Ingredients to a Large Mixing Bowl - Except For the Chocolate and Whisk it Together. 
Strain the Mixture into a Sause Pan and Keep Over Low Heat. 

Once it Begins to Simmer - Stir it Constantly For 2 or 3 Minutes and Add Chopped Chocolate and Let Simmer for More 2 Minutes. 
Until - Chocolate Begins to Melt. 
Remove the Sauce Pan From the Heat. 

Whisk the Pudding Mixture - Until the Chocolate Has Melted Completely. 

Pour the Mixture Through a Strainer and into the Lined Loaf Pan. 
Refrigerate - At least 6 Hours or Overnight. 
Carefully Remove the Pudding From the Loaf Pan and Invert Upside down onto a Large Plate. 

Then Remove the Parchment Paper.

💜 Before Serving it - Garnish the Top with Keto Vanilla ice cream or Keto Whipped Cream.
