Pineapple Keto Smoothie for Breakfast or snack time 




🍍 INGREDIENTS 

πŸ’› 1 Cup of Frozen Pineapple
πŸ’› 1 Tea spoon of Ginger - Chopped 
πŸ’› 1 Tea spoon of Chia Seeds 
πŸ’› 1 Cup of Canned - Full Fat Coconut Milk 
πŸ’› 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut 

Peel and Chop - Pineapple and Ginger. 

Add All the Ingredients to a Blender - Pineapple , Ginger , Unsweetened Shredded Coconut , Chia Seeds and Coconut Milk.

Blend All the Ingredients - Until Smooth or For 30 Seconds.

Serve it....
