Keto Vanilla ice cream

Keto Vanilla ice cream recipe for dessert - Sugar Free 


🍦 Ingredients 

🌟 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk 
🌟 1 Table spoon of Vanilla Extract 
🌟 3 Table spoons of Unsalted Butter 
🌟 3 Cups of Heavy Cream 
🌟 1/3 Cup of Sweetener 



➡️ In a Large Pan Over Medium heat - Melt the Butter. 
Then Stir in 2 Cups of Heavy Cream and Powdered Sweetener. 

Bring to a Boil and Simmer - Until the Mixture Thickens for 10 or 15 Minutes. 

➡️ Remove the Pan from the Heat and Keep the Mixture Aside to Cool. 

Stir in the Vanilla extract.
Add Almond Milk and the Remaining Heavy Cream and Whisk it Until Smooth. 

Transfer the Ice cream Mixture to Freezer Safe Container and Refrigerate for Overnight or At least 4 Hours. 

➡️ Add the Sugar Free Ice Cream Base into a Frozen Ice Cream Maker Bowl and Churn For 20 or 30 Minutes - Until it Reaches the Consistency of Soft Serve Ice cream. 

Enjoy your Vanilla ice cream πŸ˜‹

If You Freeze the Ice cream For Overnight.
Remove it From the Freezer 10 or 20 Minutes Before Serving it.
