Keto friendly vanilla smoothie 


INGREDIENTS 

▪ 1.5 Cups of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 
▪ 2 Table spoon of Heavy Whipping Cream 
▪ Ice Cubes 
▪ 1 Tea spoon of Vanilla Extract 
▪ 1 Table spoon of Perfect Keto MCT oil 
▪ 1/8 Tea spoon of Stevia 
▪ 1 Table spoon of Chia Seeds 

Add All the Ingredients to a Blender and Blend it Until Smooth.
