Mango and Oats Smoothie

Mango and Oats Smoothie for Breakfast 




INGREDIENTS 

🧡 1 Large Chopped Mango 
🧡 1/3 Cup Quick Cooking Oats 
🧡 1/2 Cup of Milk or Water


Rinse Quick Cooking Oats - First Using a Mesh Strainer. 

Add Oats in a Bowl and Mix with Water. Cover the Bowl and Keep it in the Fridge For Overnight or At least 7 or 8 Hours. 

In the Next Day Chop 1 Large Mango. 
Add the Chopped Mango and Soaked Oats into a Blender.

Then Blend it Until Smooth. 

If Your Smoothie is Too Thick - Add Some Milk or Water.
Pour into a Glass and Enjoy your Mango and Oats Smoothie.
