Mushroom Soup

Mushroom Soup recipe for Dinner time 



INGREDIENTS 

  • 6 Table spoons of All Purpose Flour 
  • 2 Table spoons Butter 
  • 1 Cup Half and Half Cream 
  • 1/2 Tea spoon of Salt 
  • 1/2 Pound Sliced Fresh Mushrooms 
  • 2 Cans -  14  1/2 Ounces Each } Chicken Broth 
  • 1/4 Cup of Chopped Onion 
  • 1/8 Tea spoon of Pepper 

Heat Butter Over Medium high Heat in a Large Sause Pan. 
Saute Onion and Mushrooms Until Tender. 

Mix 1 Can Broth , Salt , Flour and Pepper Until Smooth. Stir into Mushroom Mixture ; Stir in Remaining Can of Broth. 

Bring to a Boil - Cook and Stir Until Thickened About 2 Minutes. 

Reduce Heat - Stir in Cream.
Simmer - Uncovered Until Flavours are Blended About 15 Minutes. 
Stirring Occasionally.
