Keto Chocolate ice cream [Low Sugar]  ⏺ Ingredients  6 Large Egg Yolks  1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder  1/2 Tea spoon of Kosher Salt  3 Cups of Heavy Cream  2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract  6 Table spoons of Pure Stevia Sweetener  Take a Medium Sauce Pan and Add the Cocoa Powder and Heavy Cream.  Then Whisk it Until the Cocoa is Fully incorporated.  Set Over Medium heat and Bring to a Simmer - Stirring occasionally.  Remove it From Heat. Take a Large Bowl and Whisk - Egg Yolks , Stevia , Salt and Vanilla - Together Until Lightened in Colour About - 1 Minute. Slowly Drizzle in 1 Cup of the Hot Cream Mixture - Whisking.  Then Pour the Mixture Back into the Sauce Pan and Keep ut Over Medium heat.  Cook - Stirring Continuously with a Rubber Spatula - Until the Mixture Thickens , Coats the Back of a Spoon and Reaches 180 Degrees F on a Thermometer About 6 Minutes.  Transfer the Custard to a Large Bowl anf Stir Continuously Until the Mixture Cools to Room Temperature.  Cover Tightly with Pl

Keto Chocolate Pudding - Sugar Free and Low carb  INGREDIENTS  1/2 Cup Heavy Cream  4 Cups Coconut Milk  2 Cups Chocolate - Chopped  1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder  1/3 Cup Cornstarch  3/4 Cup Granulated Sweetener  ▶️ Take a 8×4 Inch Loaf Pan and Grease it. Then Cover it with a Parchment Paper and Keep it Aside. Add All the Ingredients to a Large Mixing Bowl - Except For the Chocolate and Whisk it Together.  Strain the Mixture into a Sause Pan and Keep Over Low Heat.  Once it Begins to Simmer - Stir it Constantly For 2 or 3 Minutes and Add Chopped Chocolate and Let Simmer for More 2 Minutes.  Until - Chocolate Begins to Melt.  Remove the Sauce Pan From the Heat.  Whisk the Pudding Mixture - Until the Chocolate Has Melted Completely.  Pour the Mixture Through a Strainer and into the Lined Loaf Pan.  Refrigerate - At least 6 Hours or Overnight.  Carefully Remove the Pudding From the Loaf Pan and Invert Upside down onto a Large Plate.  Then Remove the Parchment Paper. 💜 Before Serving it - Garnish

Potato Soup for Dinner time ✅ Ingredients  ▶️ 1  1/2 Pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes - About 5  [Chopped]  ▶️ 1 Large White Onion - Chopped  ▶️ 3 Table spoons of Extra virgin Olive oil - Divided  ▶️ 1 Table spoon of White Wine Vinegar  ▶️ 4 Cups of Vegetable Broth  ▶️ 1/2 Tea spoon of Sea salt  ▶️ 4 Garlic Cloves - Chopped  ▶️ 1 Table spoon of Fresh Lemon juice  ▶️ Freshly Ground Black pepper  ▶️ 1  1/2 Cups - Cooked White Beans [Drained and Rinsed]  ▶️ 1/4 Tea spoon of Smoked Paprika  ▶️ 1/2 Tea spoon of Dijon Mustard  ▶️ Cheddar Cheese - For Garnish the Top  Take Large Pot and Heat 2 Table spoon of Olive Oil - Over a Medium Heat.  Then Add Onion , Several Grinds of Pepper and Salt.  Cook it for 6 or 8 Minutes  - Until Softened.  Add Garlic and Stir - Cook 2 More Minutes.  Stir in the White Wine Vinegar and Cook - Stirring for 30 Seconds.  Then Add the Potatoes , White Beans and Broth. Keto Hot chocolate - Sugar Free  ✅ Ingredients  2.5 Table spoon of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder  1 Cup of Almond Milk  1 Tea spoon of Vanilla Extract  13.5 Oz Canned Coconut Milk - One Full Can Sugar Free Keto Whipped cream  2 Squares Dark Chocolate  15 Drops Liquid Stevia  Take a Small Sauce Pan and Add Coconut Milk , Dark Chocolate , Vanilla extract , Stevia and Cocoa Powder - Heat it Over Low Heat.  Whisk it to Combine Until Everything is Completely Dissolved.  Start to Simmer the Hot Chocolate then , Add Almond Milk.  Remove it from heat , Then Pour into a Mugs.
