Keto Chocolate ice cream [Low Sugar] ⏺ Ingredients 6 Large Egg Yolks 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1/2 Tea spoon of Kosher Salt 3 Cups of Heavy Cream 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract 6 Table spoons of Pure Stevia Sweetener Take a Medium Sauce Pan and Add the Cocoa Powder and Heavy Cream. Then Whisk it Until the Cocoa is Fully incorporated. Set Over Medium heat and Bring to a Simmer - Stirring occasionally. Remove it From Heat. Take a Large Bowl and Whisk - Egg Yolks , Stevia , Salt and Vanilla - Together Until Lightened in Colour About - 1 Minute. Slowly Drizzle in 1 Cup of the Hot Cream Mixture - Whisking. Then Pour the Mixture Back into the Sauce Pan and Keep ut Over Medium heat. Cook - Stirring Continuously with a Rubber Spatula - Until the Mixture Thickens , Coats the Back of a Spoon and Reaches 180 Degrees F on a Thermometer About 6 Minutes.
